Return Policy

Return policy applicable to items that come damaged, defective, incorrect that do not comply with placed order.

For Return, the following clauses must be fulfilled as:

  1. All returned items must be in their original conditions and include all the original packing material, manuals and other accessories that come in the new pack. 
  2. The customers/clients need to pack the products in its original box with all original packaging materials and accessories. 
  3. The customers must include the original receipt in the return package.
  4. The returns must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
  5. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service. 
  6. If you return and we accept your items within the return period, we will refund your purchase price less shipping costs and any additional charges deemed necessary. 
  7. Absolutely no returns policy applies to opened electronic components/ warranty seal broken.
  8. Absolutely no returns policy on special orders or offers. 
  9. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your refund once acceptance of the return products/ items.
  10. The warranty return claim will be as per brand warranty of the company.

  1. We recommend you to use secured shipping methods for your return that reach the items in good condition.
  2. All shipping charges must be prepaid by the customers.
